He is Principal at LeadDoAdapt Ventures and has served in a variety of leadership roles in turbulent environments.

Previously, he was CIO of the Federal Communications Commision for four years, IT Chief for the Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Program, Senior National Intelligence Service Executive. He is an expert on AI governance and ethics.
